I recently stayed at a hotel within the "Posadas" chain and found the experience to be quite average. While the check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly, I was hoping for a bit more in terms of room cleanliness and amenities. The hotel's location was convenient, but there was room for improvement in terms of the overall ambience and maintenance. The website was easy to navigate and booking was hassle-free, but I was expecting a little more in terms of in-room technology and modern decor. Overall, it was an average stay and I would consider giving them another chance in the future, hoping to see some improvements.
