I recently attended a conference at the Glasshouse arts, conference & convention centre and it was an average experience. The venue was decent, although it could benefit from some renovations. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were a few instances where communication could have been better. The conference facilities were satisfactory, but not outstanding. The catering service provided decent food options, but nothing exceptional. Overall, it was an average experience.
