I have been a customer of Discover Financial Services for several years now, and I must say that their services are average at best. While they offer decent rewards and a user-friendly app, their customer service leaves much to be desired. Whenever I have had an issue or a question, the representatives are not very helpful and often provide generic responses that don't address my concerns. Additionally, their interest rates are quite high compared to other credit card companies. Overall, I would say that Discover Financial Services is an average option for those looking for a credit card.
