I recently purchased a scale from their website. I found the website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I did encounter some issues with the checkout process, which was a bit frustrating. The product arrived in a timely manner, but I was disappointed with the packaging, as it seemed a little flimsy and the product was slightly damaged. On the positive side, the scale itself works well and is accurate. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. 🤔 The product quality is decent, but the ordering process and packaging could use some improvement.
