🤔 I recently hired the pest control services from this company and although they did an okay job in getting rid of the pests in my home, I wasn't overly impressed. The website was easy to navigate, and they had a good range of services listed. However, the communication was lacking, and it took them longer than expected to respond to my inquiries. The technicians arrived on time, but their overall knowledge and expertise seemed average. The treatment was effective, but I expected a more thorough service considering the price I paid. Additionally, the company could improve on their customer service by being more proactive in following up after the job was completed. Overall, an average experience. 😐🐜🚫
