I had an average experience with Mako Shark Electric LLC. The staff was friendly, but the buying process was a bit frustrating. There were delays in shipping and it took longer than expected to receive my electric scooter. However, once I received it, the scooter has been working well. Overall, I think Mako Shark Electric LLC has good products, but their processes need improvement.
