The personal training sessions I attended were really beneficial. The trainers are skilled and know how to motivate and push you to reach your fitness goals. The atmosphere at Dna training is welcoming and friendly. I saw significant improvements in my strength and endurance. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Dna personal training.
