The classes are fun and engaging, with a good mix of cardio and strength training. The facility is clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment. I love the variety of equipment available, allowing me to target different muscle groups. I can definitely see myself achieving my fitness goals with Designer Fitness and Wellness.
