I recently had the opportunity to work with a research company on a project, and I stumbled upon Elias Research Associates. I must say, my experience with them was average. The company website, eliasresearch.com, provided me with a good overview of their services and expertise. Their staff was knowledgeable and professional, but I felt that their communication could have been better. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. Additionally, the turnaround time on the deliverables was a bit slower than I expected. However, the quality of the final report was satisfactory. Overall, Elias Research Associates is an average research company. They have the potential to improve their communication and response time, but they deliver decent results.
