I recently had the opportunity to work with Big Sky Packaging and overall, my experience was average. Their website, bskymgmt.com, was informative and easy to navigate, providing me with all the necessary details about their packaging solutions. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took quite a while for them to respond to my inquiries and sometimes the answers were not fully satisfactory. The quality of their packaging was decent, but I expected a bit more considering the price I paid. Although they delivered the products on time and the packaging was sturdy, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the overall customer experience. I appreciate their range of customizable options and efficient delivery, but I hope they strive to enhance their communication and focus on providing a more exceptional service in the future.
