The food at Grand Cuisine was good, but not outstanding. The flavors were decent, but I expected more. The service was okay, but the staff seemed disinterested and not very attentive. The atmosphere was nice, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, it was an average dining experience. I wouldn't say it was bad, but it also didn't leave a lasting impression. There are other restaurants in DC that offer better food and service at a similar price point.
