I have been banking with Old Second National Bank for a few years now, and I have had a mixed experience with them. There are some aspects of their service that I really like, such as their online banking platform and their extensive ATM network. However, there have been times when their customer service has been lacking. I have had issues with getting timely responses to my inquiries, and there have been instances when I felt like my concerns were not being taken seriously. Overall, I would say that they are an average bank, but they could do better.
