I recently used the services of this local florist for a special occasion. The website was user-friendly and it was easy to find what I was looking for. The selection of flowers and arrangements was decent, although I did expect a bit more variety. The prices were reasonable, but not exceptional compared to other similar florists in the area. The delivery was on time and the flowers were fresh, which was great. However, I did have a minor issue with one of the arrangements. I reached out to customer service, and while they were polite and offered a solution, it took a bit longer than expected to resolve the problem. Overall, my experience with this florist was average. They offer decent products at fair prices, but I hope they can improve their customer service response time in the future.
