I had a mixed experience with Bottomlines. While their website was easy to navigate and I found the information I needed quickly, the customer service was lacking. The representatives I spoke with seemed disinterested and not very knowledgeable. Additionally, the products I received were not of the best quality. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
