I recently used the services of this company for my tax needs. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the information I needed. However, I was not entirely satisfied with the level of customer service. It took a bit longer than I expected to get a response to my queries, and the communication was not as clear as I would have liked. The actual tax service itself was satisfactory, but I felt that there could have been more attention to detail. Overall, my experience was average. The company has potential, but there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and attention to customers' needs. I hope to see improvements in the future. 🤔
