I recently booked a trip with Voyages Open Skies Travel and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was straightforward. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected more from a travel company with such a good reputation.
