I recently utilized the services of this consulting group and found their approach to be quite standard. While they were professional in their dealings, I didn't feel like they went the extra mile to truly understand my specific needs. The consultants seemed knowledgeable, but I would have appreciated more personalized attention and tailored solutions. The website was informative, but I found it to be a bit cluttered and difficult to navigate. Overall, I would say my experience was average. The company delivered what was expected, but there was a lack of that special touch that sets a service apart.
