I recently purchased some lighting fixtures from this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of products to choose from. However, the customer service was not exceptional. It took a while to get a response to my inquiry and when I did, the representative seemed disinterested in helping me. The shipping process was also a bit slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my order. Once the products arrived, they were of decent quality, but nothing extraordinary. Although the prices were reasonable, considering the average customer service and slow shipping, I'm not sure if I would purchase from this company again in the future.
