I've been a regular customer at One Lagree for over a year now, and I can't recommend it enough. The trainers are knowledgeable and always make sure you're using the correct form. The workout is challenging and effective, and I've seen great results in terms of strength and toning. The studio itself is clean and well-maintained. Love the friendly and welcoming atmosphere!
