I had a decent experience with Old Bones Genealogy. The website was easy to use and the search options provided were helpful. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a while to receive responses to my inquiries, and some of the answers were not very helpful. The results of my family research were satisfactory, but not exceptional. Overall, I would say Old Bones Genealogy is an average genealogy company.
