I've had a mixed experience with Footprint underwriting. While their rates are reasonable and the coverage is good, there have been a few instances where their customer service fell short. There were delays in response to my queries, and it took some time to resolve certain issues. Nonetheless, I appreciate their effort in rectifying the problems and providing a satisfactory resolution.
