I recently purchased a water filter from this company and overall, I had an average experience. 🤷‍♀️ The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information I needed to make a decision. However, I did find the ordering process to be a bit complex as there were too many options to choose from, making it overwhelming. 😕 The product itself works fine, providing clean drinking water as promised. However, I was expecting a bit more in terms of performance, considering the price I paid. 💸 Additionally, the customer service was okay, but nothing exceptional. They were prompt in responding to my inquiries, but I felt that they lacked a personalized touch. Overall, the company provides decent water technologies, but I found it lacking in terms of value for money and customer experience.🙅‍♀️
