👍🏻✨I recently had the pleasure of using a glass repair service from otglass.com and overall, my experience was average. Although they were able to fix my broken window, the process felt a bit lacking in terms of customer service. The website was easy to navigate, with all the necessary information available. However, I found the communication to be somewhat impersonal and felt like just another transaction. The technician who came to repair the window was professional and efficient, but I wish they had taken the time to explain the process to me in more detail. The pricing was fair, but it would have been nice to receive an itemized breakdown of the costs. While my window was repaired adequately, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer care and transparency. Overall, an average experience.✨👍🏻
