I recently had a very frustrating experience with Jelovica group. The product I purchased was of poor quality and the customer service was unhelpful. The staff seemed disinterested in resolving my issue and I had to go through a lot of hassle to get a refund. I would not recommend Jelovica group to others based on my experience.
