Landeche insurance agency is an average company. Their customer service could be improved. They respond to emails and phone calls quickly, but often their answers are vague and not very helpful. I have been with them for a few years now and while they haven't done anything to upset me, I also haven't had any outstanding experiences with them either. I will continue to use their services for now, but I am open to exploring other options in the future.
