As a customer, I have been using the services of Startup in the mobile and internet space for a while now and I must say they are average. The overall experience has been satisfactory. The app is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, there have been a few issues with the payment gateway which could be improved. The customer support team is responsive and helpful. I would rate the company as average.
