👍 I had a positive experience with West Shore Laylum Care Home. The staff was friendly and caring, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. My grandmother received excellent care during her stay, and I could see that the staff genuinely cared about her well-being. It was comforting to know that she was in good hands.
