I had an average experience with a travel agency I recently used to book my vacation. Although they delivered on the basics and ensured I had a decent trip, there were certain aspects that could have been better. For example, the customer service was satisfactory but not exceptional, and the recommended accommodations were decent but not top-tier. The itinerary was well-structured but lacked a little excitement. Overall, my trip was okay, but I believe there are better travel agencies out there that could provide a more outstanding experience.
