I recently purchased some products from Twistshake of Sweden and had a mixed experience. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the wide range of products available. However, the shipping took longer than expected, and one of the items arrived damaged. I reached out to customer service, and they were responsive and offered to replace the damaged item, which I appreciated. The quality of the products was good, but I was hoping for a smoother shopping and delivery experience. Overall, it was an average experience, and I would suggest they work on improving their shipping and product quality control.
