I recently purchased a mattress from Bedzz direct and overall, I had an average experience with them. The ordering process was smooth, but the delivery took longer than expected. The mattress itself is comfortable, but it lacks proper support. I wish I had done more research before making my purchase. On the positive side, their customer service was responsive and helpful. I appreciate their assistance in resolving my concerns.
