I've been banking with Shinkong for a few years now and I must say, I'm quite satisfied with their services. The online banking platform is user-friendly and the customer service is prompt and helpful. The only downside I have noticed is that the mobile app could use some improvement in terms of functionality, but overall it's a great bank to work with.
