I have had a mixed experience with Cibc. While their online banking system is easy to use, I have had some issues with their customer support. There have been times when they were not able to resolve my issues in a timely manner. However, I must say that they have improved over the years and I have seen some positive changes. Overall, I would rate Cibc as good.
