I recently booked a trip through Stella Travel Group and I must say, the experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was fairly straightforward. However, I was disappointed with the lack of communication from the company. I had to reach out multiple times to get updates on my booking and it took longer than expected to receive a response. Overall, my trip was satisfactory, but I expected better customer service.
