I recently purchased a home from this company and overall, I would rate my experience as average. The website was easy to navigate and provided useful information about the homes they offer. However, the customer service could have been better. I encountered some delays and communication gaps during the process, which were a bit frustrating. The quality of the home itself is decent, but I did notice a few minor issues that needed attention after moving in. The price was reasonable, but I feel that some improvements could be made in terms of energy efficiency. Despite these shortcomings, the company did address my concerns and took steps to resolve them. In the end, I am satisfied with my purchase, but there is definitely room for improvement in certain areas.
