The experience I had with Fix Healthcare was decent. Their website, fixhealthcare.net, is user-friendly and provides a good amount of information about their services. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took quite a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. Additionally, their pricing was quite steep compared to other similar companies in the market. On the positive side, they did offer a wide range of healthcare solutions, which was impressive. Overall, I would rate my experience with Fix Healthcare as average. While their website was informative and they had a variety of services, the slow customer service response and high pricing were disappointing aspects of my experience.
