As a CUSTOMER, I would like to provide feedback on my experience with Weston-super-mare town council. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the services they offer. The website, wsm-tc.gov.uk, is easy to navigate and provides the necessary information. However, there is room for improvement in terms of response time to queries. The council can also focus on enhancing community engagement. But, they are on the right track and have the potential to excel in serving the community.
