My experience with Internex gmbh has been a mixed bag. While their website is impressive and easy to navigate, their customer service leaves much to be desired. It takes ages to get a response to my queries, and when I do, the answers are often unhelpful. This lack of support has been frustrating and has soured my overall impression of the company.
