I recently purchased some windows and doors from this company for my home renovation project. Overall, the process was fairly smooth, and the products arrived in a timely manner. However, I encountered a few issues with the installation process. The customer service was responsive and tried to help, but it took a bit longer than expected to resolve everything. The quality of the windows and doors is decent, but I did notice a few minor imperfections upon closer inspection.
