The overall experience with Residential bancorp was average. The process of getting a loan for my new house was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was friendly and professional. However, I expected a little more from their customer service. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and there were a few instances where I felt like I was being brushed off. Overall, I would rate Residential bancorp as an average company.
