I've been using Hello Telecom for a few months now...

I've been using Hello Telecom for a few months now and I'm quite satisfied. The call quality is good and the prices are reasonable. However, their customer support could be more responsive. There have been a few instances where it took a while to get a resolution. But overall, a decent telecom provider.
