I recently had a procedure done, and while the staff at the UT Southwestern Department of Plastic Surgery were nice, I wasn't overly impressed. The service was average, and I didn't feel like they fully understood my goals. The results were okay, but I expected better. I would consider exploring other options before choosing them.
