I recently stayed at Intercontinental Prague and I must say, it was an average experience. The hotel itself is in a great location, right in the heart of the city. However, I was disappointed with the service. The staff seemed indifferent and not very friendly. The room was clean, but nothing special. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
