I recently visited a physical therapy clinic and had an average experience overall. The website provided useful information about the services offered and the team of therapists, which was helpful in choosing this clinic. The clinic itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment. The receptionist was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. However, the wait time for my appointment was longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. The therapist who worked with me was knowledgeable and professional, but I felt that the session was rushed and didn't receive as much individual attention as I would have liked. The exercises and techniques recommended were helpful, but I didn't find them particularly innovative or unique. Overall, the experience was average, meeting my expectations but not exceeding them.
