In my opinion, Stella Travel Group is an average company. I recently booked a vacation through them and while the process was relatively smooth, there were a few hiccups along the way. The website was easy to use, but I found the customer service to be lacking. It took several attempts to get in touch with a representative and when I finally did, the response was not very helpful. Overall, I had an okay experience with Stella Travel Group, but I'm not sure if I would book with them again.
