I recently bought a violin from the company and the shipping was quite slow. 😕 However, the quality of the instrument was good and the customer service was helpful in answering my questions. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products, but I wish there were more detailed product descriptions. Overall, it was an average experience and I'm satisfied with my purchase.
