I recently had the opportunity to visit a glass company and use their services. The experience was average overall. The company website was user-friendly and made it easy to find the information I needed. However, the customer service was just average. The staff seemed knowledgeable but lacked that extra touch of friendliness and enthusiasm. The pricing was fair, although not exceptional. The quality of the products I purchased was satisfactory, but there was nothing remarkable about them. The installation process went smoothly, and the work was completed within a reasonable time frame. While I didn't encounter any major issues with this company, I also didn't have an outstanding experience. If you're in need of glass services, this company is an option worth considering, but don't expect anything outstanding.
