I have been a customer of Hsn for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the selection of products is decent. However, I have had a few issues with some of my orders being delayed or canceled without any explanation. The customer service is also hit or miss, with some representatives being helpful and others not so much. Overall, I would say that Hsn is an okay company to shop with, but there is definitely room for improvement.
