I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown Portland, and it was a disappointing experience. However, when I switched to Holiday Inn by the Bay, I was extremely impressed. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I will definitely be staying here again!
