I recently used this travel company's website to book a vacation package. Overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find all the information I needed. However, the booking process took longer than expected, and the confirmation email took a while to arrive as well. The customer service was decent, although the response time could have been better. The package itself was average in terms of value for money. The accommodations were satisfactory, but the activities included were nothing special.
