I recently engaged with this software group for a project, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, their technical expertise and knowledge were impressive. They were able to understand my requirements and suggest viable solutions.

On the other hand, their communication and project management skills left much to be desired. There were delays in delivering the final product, and they lacked proper updates throughout the process. This caused some frustration on my end.

However, the team did eventually deliver a satisfactory product, and their attention to detail was commendable. The final outcome met my expectations, albeit with some bumps along the way.

Overall, I would rate them as average. They have the potential to improve their communication and project management skills, which would greatly enhance the customer experience.+
